Wow! It’s been over a year since little Nadya’s newborn session. When I look at this girl, I can hardly even believe it’s the same person! She’s so big now, walking around and showing off her independent personality.
These images were taken during a spring mini-session at the Arnold Arboretum. I’ve mentioned in other recent mini session blog posts how amazing the weather and light was that day and this session is no exception! If you haven’t been to the Arboretum in springtime, you are missing out!! The variety of blooming flowers is unbelievable. And it certainly makes a nice backdrop for family photos 🙂

I LOVE that Leelu, the family dog, got to come along for the ride. After all, it’s not a family portrait without the family dog. Leelu is only about three times the size of Nadya. Clearly, she is a girl’s best friend. I’d love to see this photo year after year as Nadya grows taller!!
