The day of this family session, the skies started out blue and sunny in the morning. But just as I was happily packing up my gear, the clouds turned suddenly dark and ominous. I was so disappointed, but decided to go ahead with the day because you can never be too sure what is going to happen with the weather in Boston….
The rain started sprinkling just as I arrived for my first session of the afternoon. But that was the extent of it! Somehow it didn’t pour on us – not once. The overcast sky acted as a giant soft box and made for some delicious filtered light. I ended up capturing some of my favorite images of the whole year on this day.
I have been photographing these two sisters for the last several years and they are always such fantastic models. They have the most beautiful big brown eyes! Not to mention awesome smiles and lots of laughs. You can tell these two are going to be best friends forever.
