A custom portrait

Studio Pet Portrait Sessions are relaxed, fun, and perfect for pets of any age.   Here are a few details to know about having a Fine Art Studio Portrait Session with your pet!

The emphasis in fine art pet photography is on creating images that are not only technically well-executed but artistically beautiful.  Before your session, we will have a phone consultation to discuss details such as:  your dog’s unique characteristics and personality, the best way to prepare for your pet portrait session, the mood of the portraits you are hoping for, and the style of the home/room where you envision hanging your artwork.

Pet Portrait Sessions last about 30-60 minutes, depending on the personality of the animal.  I will pay close attention to details such as the pet’s fur texture, eye expressions, and overall aesthetics. The goal is to create images that are not only visually appealing but also showcase the intricate details of the subject.

The final step in a Fine Art Pet Portrait Session is the creation of printed artwork. During your session you will have the opportunity to view samples of framed prints, canvas, metal and acrylic prints.  We can decide to together the best fit for your home.   These tangible pieces of art can be displayed and cherished for years to come.

Fine art pet photography allows pet owners to have unique and beautifully crafted portraits of their beloved animals, turning them into timeless pieces of art that can be displayed and enjoyed for years to come.
